The FMA-National Development Forum organized a 3 days workshop on Project Writing from 9-11 August 2013 for 27 members of the 6 provinces.

A band of Auxilians led the participants to the hall for the inaugural programme which was consisted of prayer, welcome address and a dance by the students of Auxilium Bandel.

Fr. Joe Xavier SJ, an expert in this skill gradually led the group through practical writing out of projects. He stressed on the need of understanding the root cause of the problem and to have a blue print of the needs. The projects must reflect on the changes that we can bring but not what work we will do. He also laid importance on the "Result--- Activities-----Budget" theory where the result must adhere to SMART principles.

The programme ended by the valedictory and thanks giving by Kolkata province. The workshop on "Skills of Project Writing" was highly enriching and educative.
